Description
Our 44 sqm non smoking Holiday Apartment sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom offers a comfortable double-bed and in the living room you will find a sleeper-couch to accommodate 2 people. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, incl. dishwasher. In summer the pool on top of the roof invites you to cool off and enjoy some quality time. Relax on the lawn right beside the pool and enjoy the marvelous view over Vienna, especially in the evenings. In Winter you can use the sauna right beside the apartment exclusively, for a small fee. You will also find Ping-pong facilities, Fitness Room, Playground and a Toddler Room in the apartment block. The famous “Kongresspark” (Congress Park) a local recreation area, is in walking distance, as well as reasonably priced restaurants, “Heurige” (typical Vienna restaurant for drinking wine), Supermarkets and Shops. Bus-, Tram- (Cable Car), and S-Bahn-Stops are in walking distance, too (about 6 min.).
The location is ideal. In the city, but close to the green areas in the West like Dornbach, Schafberg and Wilhelminenberg you can enjoy a quiet environment. The public transport is very well developed in this area.
Open Plan living (no doors between living and sleeping area) and an additional sleeper couch. In about 4 min. walking distance you will find the Restraurant Loewenherz, which offers daily breakfast from € 2,80. They also offer inexpensive lunches. Within 3 min. walking distance you will find a large Merkur-Shopping Center with a good selection of different kinds of meals. You can park your car free of charge in the subterranean parking area.
If you choose public transport or your own vehicle, the apartment is situated ideally for daily trips. Viennas public transport is perfectly developed. You can walk to the S-Bahn within 5 min. which will take you to downtown Vienna. By Tram (Cable Car) and Bus, also within walking distance, you can reach tourist attractions like Schloss Schoenbrunn, Rathausplatz (City Hall), and the Opera within 20 min. The Donauinsel (Island in the river Danube) with it’s famous restaurants and bars is less than 30 min. away by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. By car the famous Wienerwald is a 20 min. ride away and you can enjoy its beautiful walks and hikes. The bigges Shipping Center in Europe “Shopping City Sued” is within 20 min. by car. |
